So much news to convey! It’s been a busy weekend, and it’s only half over. Here is the round up thus far:
First up, congrats to Canadian author Rachelle Delaney, who has a fantastic article this weekend in the Globe and Mail. I had the pleasure of speaking to Rachelle about the Hunger Games Trilogy a few weeks ago, and she has included some of my quotations in the article. For those of you who have yet to read this addictive series by Suzanne Collins, shame on you. Get thee to a bookstore!
Next up, another fantastic Canadian authoress, Y.S. Lee, is having a very cool online launch party for The Body at the Tower, the second book in the Mary Quinn series. Apparently there are prizes to be won, as if you needed any more incentive to celebrate this fantastic series! Victorian female spies. What more do you want? Here are the details:

Lastly, Word on the Street is tomorrow and yours truly will be hosting the Kids Tent (in Toronto) from 2:20-5:20, after which I will be signing copies of Words That Start With B in the author signing tent. I am thrilled to be hob-nobbing with the likes of Mahtab Narsimhan, Susin Nielsen, Rona Arato, Monica Kulling, Wallace Edwards, Kevin Sylvester, Jan Andrews, Elizabeth Todd-Doyle, Susan Atkinson, Rebecca Eckler, and Erica Ehm. With a line-up like this, why would you go anywhere else?
